Kim Skubris prides herself on bringing substance, humour and heart to the role of emcee for corporate and not-for-profit clients. She is not one to hide behind a lecturn or be a slave to notes and puts great emphasis on preparation and research. 25 years experience as a broadcast journalist working with live television has given her a unique opportunity to master impromptu dialogue and engage audiences with a raft of stories to ensure functions run smoothly and with no hint of “behind the scenes” issues which can occur.

Kim takes care to participate in the lead-up and organisation of an event and offers guidance on content and technical issues where appropriate to ensure the best possible outcome. She is also an experienced, professional interviewer who drives panel discussions and audience participation as part of her emcee role, or as a conference facilitator.

Over the past 20 years, Kim has embraced props which have become her trademark to gently but firmly reign in rowdy audiences with grace and humour which guarantee speakers, award recipients, and others in the spotlight are given the respect they deserve.
